The Two Registers
- Catalog register: Two-semester capstone — proposal, execution, and public defense of an original work.
- Teaching frame: Three accepted forms: a research thesis; an engineered system that works; a venture that exists — incorporated, with users. Defended publicly before faculty and outside examiners.
